Salary : $140,000 – $200,000 DOE + Annual Bonus Potential

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead a small team of tax professionals within one of our regional offices. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage complex engagements, mentor staff, and contribute to firm-wide success.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing tax team

Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals and businesses

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations

Maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive tax planning guidance

Collaborate with firm leadership to support strategic initiatives

Monitor deadlines, budgets, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of services

Requirements :

Active CPA license (required)

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar field

Minimum 8 years of experience in public accounting (tax focus)

Proven leadership and staff management skills

Strong client service and communication abilities

Experience with tax software and project management tools preferred
