Overview
Join an established Primary Care practice where you will perform patient assessments, establish care plans, and provide education. Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, with excellent work / life balance, no call, and no weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and assign diagnoses based on recorded data and current research.
- Establish care plans and implement interventions according to protocols and standards.
- Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and groups.
