• Type of equipment : baxter pumps, GE monitors
• Documentation system : Cerner
• Scheduling requirements : Every other weekend, can’t commit to block scheduling, scheduling must meet the needs of the dept.
• Floating policy : No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED.
• Patient Experience requirements : AIDET, Respectful behavior, Pt Experience to each patient, Boards updated with info and pt updated throughout visit Hospital Specifics- Certifications : BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS ENPC within 90 days of hire Must have : 2 years’ experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.
