Job Title: Electronic Assembly Technician
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Near Dripping Springs, TX (78737)
Training Class Start Date: April 6, 2026

Job Description:

• Training begins April 6, 2026 - Full-time paid training for 3 weeks
• Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials required for electronic components and connections
• Assemble components, ensuring correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies
• Test electronic components for continuity
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the assembly process
• Record production and quality data
• Work schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week as needed

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience with panel boxes, wire/cable harnessing, chassis assembly, or similar roles preferred
• Extreme attention to detail
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to the Dripping Springs area (Zip code 78737)
• Desire for a long-term position with ample growth opportunities
• Willing to work on a Monday-Friday schedule during training (7am-4:30pm) and transition to a four-day work week (7:30am-5:30pm) or shift variation as needed
• Flexibility to work at least one weekend day, potentially two depending on shift availability
