Job description

SAYN is seeking a versatile Content Manager with deep beauty industry experience to develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and .

This role will primarily support SAYN while also creating and conceptualizing content for other brands in our portfolio, requiring adaptability across different brand voices and target audiences.

Responsibilities :

  • Capture and edit lifestyle and product content for multiple brand identities
  • Film and produce short-form videos, reels, and -optimized content
  • Develop creative concepts based on individual brand goals, platform-specific trends, and audience insights
  • Create content including carousel posts, video content, and professional imagery that showcases brand expertise and industry leadership
  • Ensure content aligns with overall campaigns and maintains distinct brand voices
  • Adapt content strategies for different demographics and professional audiences across platforms

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, conceptualization and creation for beauty, lifestyle or wellness brands.
  • Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and with demonstrated understanding of each platform's unique requirements
  • Photography and videography skills with ability to adapt visual style for different brand aesthetics
  • Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)
  • Strong grasp of social media trends across consumer and professional platforms
  • Experience working with beauty / lifestyle brands and understanding of industry-specific content strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple cross- functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and adaptability to manage multiple brand voices simultaneously
  • Ability to pivot between lifestyle consumer content and professional B2B content as needed
