Express Employment is looking for a Part Time HR Manager in Bedford Heights, OH with a pay of $25-$30 / hour.

HR Manager Schedule :

  • 3 days per week between 20-25 hours

HR Manager Job Duties :

  • Recruitment and hiring :  Managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee relations :  Acting as a liaison between employees and management, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and conducting workplace investigations.
  • Training and development : Developing and implementing training programs, career development initiatives, and performance management systems.
  • Compensation and benefits : Administering payroll, health insurance, and other employee benefits, as well as conducting wage and performance reviews.
  • P olicy and compliance :  Creating, implementing, and enforcing company policies and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

    • Experience needed :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Human Resources including recruiting duties
  • OSHA Compliance experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
