Compensation : $200,000–$250,000 base salary + bonus eligibility

About the Opportunity
Our client, a distinguished Am Law 200 firm , is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney to join its Corporate Business Unit in either its Phoenix or Scottsdale office. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a nationally recognized firm with a robust corporate practice and play a key role in complex, high-value transactions across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of corporate and transactional documents , including entity formation and governance documents, operating agreements, supply and purchase agreements, compliance materials, and merger and acquisition (M&A) agreements
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on corporate governance, compliance, and business operations
- Manage and participate in all aspects of corporate transactions from due diligence to closing
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and directly represent clients in business negotiations
- Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives within the firm’s Arizona practice
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive member of the Arizona State Bar (required)5+ years of experience in corporate law , ideally gained at a reputable firmProven experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of corporate and transactional documentsExcellent attention to detail , analytical ability , and written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentDemonstrated commitment to client service and professional growthStable employment history with consistent progression in responsibilitiesIdeal Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical excellence, commercial acumen, and client-service focus. Candidates with experience in M&A, corporate governance, and complex commercial transactions are preferred. Business development experience is a plus.
