Program Manager (Chief Of Data & Information Services)
This is a senior management position tasked with leading implementation activities for the Florida Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS). This role will primarily oversee and lead training and organizational change management activities in advance of CCWIS full implementation in Fall 2026. The position works closely with the Office of Child and Family Well-Being (OCFW) and other programmatic leads, Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) technical leads, and other contracted vendors on the project and will oversee coordination of training and OCM delivery for regional CPI field staff, CBC lead agency staff, and other external stakeholders. This employee will be managing a team of CCWIS programmatic subject matter experts, product owners, and training leads and will coordinate oversight of OCM activities.
This position will require travel throughout the state for engagement with regional based field teams, CBC partners, and other external partners. This employee does not have to be housed at Headquarters in Tallahassee but may require frequent travel to Tallahassee.
Essential Job Functions : Requires knowledge of Florida's child welfare system, Community Based Care model, child welfare business practices, and general knowledge of training oversight, development, and delivery. Preference will also be given to individuals who possess knowledge in organizational change management practices.
Educational Requirements : Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience Requirements : 5+ years' experience in child welfare with at least 2 years' experience in a management role
Software Proficiency : Microsoft Office applications, Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN), Azure DevOps, FLCCWIS (preference), training platforms
