Senior Hardware Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager to lead and scale its hardware engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of IIoT hardware systems

Manage and mentor cross-discipline engineers while building a high-performing team

Establish and implement scalable engineering processes and project planning frameworks

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in hardware engineering, particularly with IoT and / or IIoT products

3+ years of experience managing and growing engineering teams

Strong understanding of embedded hardware systems, including PCB design and wireless connectivity

Proven experience in building processes in a growing or early-stage organization

Track record of successfully delivering products from concept through production
