Allied Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details :

  • Work day shifts with variable schedule : Monday 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Tuesday 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM, Thursday 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM, Friday 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM
  • Provide healthcare services applying sonic energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment
  • Perform ultrasonic imaging and related procedures in OB / GYN, abdomen, neurosonology, and / or ophthalmology
  • Demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and / or intervention by or at the request of licensed practitioners
  • Exercise professional judgment in performance of services and maintain demeanor complementary to medical ethics
  • Apply appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful procedure completion
  • Graduate of CAHEA accredited sonography program or equivalent required
  • Certification by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or equivalent approved certification required
  • Oregon state license as Ultrasonographer or Radiologic Technologist / Sonographer required
  • May be floated to other departments where qualified to perform patient care before core staff is floated
