Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
Negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and reporting on growth metrics
Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships through effective communication and presentations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles in the IT / Tech industry
Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Experience in developing long-term relationships with clients
Previous experience as a Software Engineer or related degree is a plus
