CPA Financial Systems Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Systems & Reporting (remote USA and Canada).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and report financial results, including monthly consolidations and cash forecasts

Assist with external audits and maintain compliance with credit facilities and SOX requirements

Research and document technical accounting guidance for complex transactions and support acquisitions and dispositions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred

10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with some time in a technical accounting role

Professional exposure to US GAAP and public accounting experience

Extensive experience in corporate reporting and treasury

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS-Excel
