About the Role
Transwest Mobile is one of the fastest-growing players in the fleet maintenance world, and we’re looking for a hungry, coachable Business Development Representative who’s ready to attack the phones, build a real sales career, and make their first six figures.
If you’re the type of person who hears “cold calling” and thinks, let me at it, this is your shot.
This isn’t a typical corporate sales job. You're selling a high-demand service in a blue-collar industry with real earning potential and upward mobility. You’ll work directly under the VP of Sales, meaning your grind, results, and wins will be front and center.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the front line of our growth engine. Your day-to-day will focus on :
High-volume outbound cold calling to fleet managers, business owners, construction companies, and anyone with a fleet of vehicles.
Generating qualified leadsand setting meetings for our sales and operations teams.
Building and managing a pipelineof prospects across multiple states.
Sending outbound emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups.
Keeping CRM records clean, updated, and accurate.
Running targeted prospecting campaignsto win new business in the fleet space.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is built for someone who is :
Young, ambitious, and hungry to earn six figures early in their career.
Comfortable on the phone and not afraid to hear “no” 20 times before a “yes.”
Coachable, disciplined, and ready to be pushed to outperform.
Excited about sales and motivated by commissions, competition, and winning.
Curious and willing to learn the fleet maintenance & repair world, but not required to know it upfront.

Compensation & Benefits
$65,000 base salary
OTE ~$100,000 (uncapped commission potential)
PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
Laptop provided
Monday–Friday,in-office(8am–5pm)
