Seeking a skilled Engineering Technician with an active Top Secret clearance to provide technical oversight and quality control for federal construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, infrastructure compliance, and project coordination within government or defense environments. Job Responsibilities

• Review and enforce construction contract provisions including quality control and safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate conditions and oversee contractor execution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, DoD, and engineering safety standards.
• Provide technical evaluations of contractor proposals, invoices, and modifications.
• Manage quality control processes throughout all project phases.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, and contract modifications.
• Monitor project schedules and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Support risk assessments and contingency planning for infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and government personnel to align projects with mission objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical reports, documentation, and compliance records.
