• Number of Staff – (6) Three full time and Three PRN
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 3(low) and (5) high
o Night Shift – n/a
• Patient Ratios – patient visits 8/12 patients per shift (10-hour shifts)
• Type of equipment – Radiology (Modified Barium Swallow) sturdy, FEES disposable scopes, Passy Muir Speaking Valves (PMV)
• EMR – Meditech

• Independent with Trach care and PMV
