A leading dental practice in Wilmington, DE, is hiring a dedicated Dental Assistant who’s passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You'll work across multiple locations—Pike Creek Dental, Naamans Dental, and Wahl Family Dentistry—supporting dentists and hygienists to deliver exceptional care. Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate : $18 - $27 / hour based on experience

Compensation : $18 - $27 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
  • Assist dentists during procedures
  • Take dental X-rays as directed
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment areas
  • Answer patient questions about procedures and oral health
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace

    • Qualifications :

  • DE Radiology Certification (X-ray license for the State of Delaware) required
  • Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
  • Strong chairside manners and patient communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel between Pike Creek Dental, Naamans Dental, and Wahl Family Dentistry; must be comfortable working at different offices as needed
