Proficient in computer operation including MS Office, CAD, CAM, and simulation and analysis tools. US Person” under ITAR regulations to enable work on export-controlled projects.
Job Title : Technical Lead
Location : Illinois
Salary : $100k - $120k
A global recognized OEM is hiring a Technical Lead to join the team in the additive manufacturing department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Operation, demonstration, and training on AM machinery.
- Programming and process development of AM and subtractive processes (milling and turning).
- Conduct feasibility and time studies for customer parts.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
- Communicate frequently with internal technical staff, external customers, and external suppliers.
- Support customers in machine preparation, operation, and applications, both remotely and at customer sites.
- Demonstrate a high level of analytical and problem-solving abilities and the ability to convey results to customers and management.
- Support at exhibitions and conferences.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills including a positive approach, accountability, a sense of humility, and responsibility.
