About The Team

The Anduril Imaging team develops state-of-the-art imaging systems across both hardware and software, deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies. The team is heavily involved in utilizing computer vision, perception, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor data to give our war fighters and allies an advantage.

About The Job

As a Technical Program Manager working on our Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) team, you will work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other functional and program teams to organize, direct, and lead the development and deployment activities of one of our novel systems. You will be expected to use your technical knowledge in conjunction with your program management skills to plan and lead technical development programs and deliver the best outcome for Anduril and the customer. Developing and deploying our ISR capabilities requires thorough understanding of mission requirements, thoughtful orchestration of internal technical teams, and meticulous planning in the face of ambiguity. Your ability to collaborate and coordinate across multiple departments and disciplines will be key to driving our projects to completion on time and within budget.

What Youll Do

• Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team. Work with technical leads to develop the right technical solution and then own the schedule and roadmap for success.
• Work closely with customers to understand mission challenges and represent the customer while shaping capabilities. Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose alternatives when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teamsengineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operationsand many more to build solutions and pivot deployment as needed.
• Build strong storytelling skillset and tailor narrative across audiences (government stakeholders, other vendors, engineers, etc.). Ensure everyone understands what we are building and why.
• Operationally deploy and deliver successful events from demonstrations to tests to full site deployments and sustainments at sites, while maintaining on-schedule and on-budget execution. Remove obstacles, identify gaps, manage escalations, and drive results proactively.
