Primary Duties

• Direct the custodial crew in cleaning of the building / facility.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning doors, vacuuming and buffing, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, empty trash receptacles, and replacing lining of trash cans.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
• Oversee and maintain the ordering of supplies for the building / facility.
• Receive and review daily work schedules on cleaning frequencies and assign custodial crew accordingly.
