Administrative Assistant III- Health Services Management

Effective implementation of clerical skills

Creating and managing centralized clerical / administrative processes

Complete required paperwork and provide record keeping support

Provides Administrative support AVP of Health Services

Provides limited administrative support for the other members of the management team, based on the availability of resources within their areas and priority of the task

Experience / Education :

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Previous Administrative Assistant experience in a medical setting preferred

Operational knowledge of office equipment

Ability to implement clerical skills to include typing, record keeping, filing, and proper phone etiquette

Extensive use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

Possess the ability to read written materials and proofread your own work
