Position Overview

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm to find an experienced Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for litigation and a desire to excel in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
  • Drafting and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Participating in all stages of litigation, from discovery through trial.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
  • Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Attending court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
  • 3+ years of experience in litigation preferred.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
