Job Title : Tax Manager

Job Type : Full-time / Direct Hire with flexible hybrid / remote opportunities available!

Pay : $85-$105k, depending upon experience

This Tax Manager will be tasked with the following :

Planning, organizing and managing multiple projects, leveraging various resources to achieve client / company goals

Multi-tasking & managing a large volume client engagements and effectively communicating complex technical info

Directing & maintaining a motivated and empowered work team

Managing budget and profitability for assigned projects and client engagements

Maintaining current knowledge of professional standards and training associates on emerging laws and regulations

Attend client meetings and communicate effectively to ensure technical tax matters are addressed and potential tax savings opportunities are not overlooked

Build / maintain a network of referral sources, prospect engagement, and engage with clients on additional firm services

We're looking for Tax Managers with the following background profile :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, Master's degree highly coveted

CPA license required

5+ years of prior experience in a similar role

Leadership experience to include sound coaching, mentoring, training, performance management and training strategies
