Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetics and wellness. The ideal candidate will be confident in providing comprehensive care—including hormone therapy, weight loss management, and advanced aesthetic injections —while embodying our commitment to patient education and natural results.
This position begins part-time (Friday–Monday, 6–8 hours / day) with the opportunity to evolve into a full-time role as patient demand grows.
Key Responsibilities
Aesthetic Injectables & Laser Services
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP, and laser therapies
- Assess facial anatomy and patient goals to create customized treatment plans
- Maintain precision, safety, and artistry in every procedure
Medical Weight Loss & Hormone Therapy
Conduct patient consultations, physical assessments, and lab reviewsDevelop individualized treatment plans for weight management and hormonal balancePrescribe and manage medications in compliance with protocolsEducate patients on treatment expectations, lifestyle guidance, and safetyGeneral Duties
Uphold the spa’s values and patient-centered philosophyCollaborate with other providers for optimal outcomesStay current with evolving aesthetic and wellness trends through continuous educationEnsure full compliance with all safety and medical protocolsQualifications
Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Florida3–5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, weight loss management, and / or hormone therapyProficiency in blood draws, IV therapy, and laser operationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to integrity, ongoing education, and team collaborationCompensation & Benefits
