Job Title : Data Entry Clerk - Administrative Support (1st Shift)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (Potential Overtime, Including Weekends)

Pay Rate : $14.00

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to provide administrative support and maintain accurate records for our operations team. This full-time, first-shift position offers a steady schedule, opportunities for overtime, and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform accurate data entry , record-keeping, and reconciliation of company information
  • Support order entry processes and investigate discrepancies
  • Expedite purchase orders and assist with pricing and inventory tasks
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the manager
  • Perform various clerical tasks to support daily operations

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical , problem-solving , and listening skills
  • Detail-oriented , fast learner, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Electrical experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated , responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs., bend, kneel, and sit for extended periods
