Job DescriptionJohnson County Developmental Supports (JCDS) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Direct Support Professional for their Day & Employment division. JCDS serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We focus on individuals' abilities, provide choice driven supports, and advocate alongside people to live and work in our community. We aspire to build a community that promotes, supports, and embraces people of all abilities. Senior Direct Support Professionals are responsible for the delivery of services with JCDS. This position also serves as a lead for other direct care staff.

Job RequirementsMinimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience working in a human services field are required. May require KS/MO driver's license, depending on department or agency.
Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department/Agency.
