Who you are

Metropolis is seeking a Director, Asset Management , who will advise and collaborate with assigned real estate partner(s) to develop all elements of their parking assets. You will own all aspects of the relationship with and performance of your assigned account, serving as a strategic partner to your leadership teams and acting as the primary point of contact within Metropolis.

As a successful candidate, you will possess strong operations, sales, project management, analytical, and production attributes. You will serve as a subject matter expert and have a broad knowledge of various facets of the business, including trends in all of Metropolis’s businesses and the role of technology in creating solutions for clients. The overall goal is to be a strategic partner that meaningfully contributes to the assigned client(s) long-lasting success.

Responsibilities include communicating directly with senior management and clients at a level set by their expectations, presenting strategic and tactical plans that meet the highest-priority needs and opportunities through detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards by regularly integrating, sorting, and validating data from multiple sources.

What you'll do

• Own Metropolis’s relationship and business performance with the assigned client(s)
• Serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert in parking and all other Metropolis businesses and relevant mobility verticals
• Lead strategic projects that maximize the value of the assigned client(s) parking and related assets, presenting project deliverables, findings, and reports with supporting evidence
• Lead and conduct deep analytics to meet strategic and tactical objectives, extracting data from multiple sources and merging that data while finding and resolving inconsistencies
• Conduct in-depth analysis of institutional KPIs and associated measures for revenue variances, occupancy trends, pricing strategies, access card distribution, parking enforcement, and labor analysis
• Create both routine and ad-hoc reports and data visualizations
• Support annual and long-term strategies to meet parking management goals and advise in the investment of new parking technologies (LPR, Mobile Pay Apps, EV charging stations, etc.)
• Work across Metropolis’s operations, marketing, product, data, finance and other functions to assist in developing business opportunities and deliver value for the assigned client

The anticipated base salary for this position is $140,000.00 USD to $165,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and / or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis’s total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more. #LI-CM1 #LI-Onsite
