Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout. Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily field operations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and city officials. Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports and progress tracking. Resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns. Conduct regular site meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders. Mentor and supervise assistant superintendents and field staff.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience in multifamily or commercial construction
• Proven track record managing large-scale ground-up projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and quality control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera)
