About the Role

As Veterinarian / Medical Director , you'll provide both clinical care and leadership. You'll guide and grow a high-performing ER team while maintaining a hands-on presence in patient care.

This role is ideal for a confident emergency veterinarian seeking the next step in their career. Prior medical director experience is a plus, but not essential — leadership potential, communication, and collaboration are what matter most.
