We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations in a skilled nursing setting. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all clinical operations within the skilled nursing facility.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations , including preparation for and response to surveys.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence.
• Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze clinical performance data to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
