Minimum of 6 months dialysis nursing experience required; prior experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.

Your Role :
- Provide essential direct patient care to individuals requiring hemodialysis.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and create personalized care plans addressing their unique needs.
- Engage with patients to build rewarding relationships, understanding their emotional, mental, and physical needs.
- Educate nursing staff on best practices in hemodialysis care, equipment usage, and standards of care.
