We're Hiring! Be part of our growing team at Arhaus Furniture's corporate distribution center in Hudson, OH!

When : Friday, October 3rd, 2025

Time : 3 : 00PM to 6 : 00PM

Where : 51 E. Hines Hill Road, Boston Heights, Ohio 44236

Open Warehouse Positions

  • General Warehouse Associates | Support all aspects of receiving, storing, and issuing merchandise for customer orders
  • Equipment Operators | Operate machinery to efficiently move, locate, and count merchandise
  • DC Management | Supervisor roles open with the DC Ops team Weekend shift available

Flexible Work Schedules :

  • 4-Day Shifts (10-hour days) : Monday to Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
  • 4-Day Night Shifts (10-hour nights) : Monday to Thursday, 5 : 30 PM - 4 : 00 AM (+ $2 / HR Shift Premium)
  • 3-Day Weekend Shifts (12-hour weekends) : Friday to Sunday, 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM (+ $3 / HR Shift Premium)

    • Competitive Pay & Bonus Offer :

  • Equipment Operators : $22 / hr base, earning up to $25 / hr with shift premiums to start
  • General Warehouse Associates : $19 / hr base, earning up to $22 / hr with shift premiums to start
  • Sign-On Bonuses : $1,500 for Weekend + Day Shift, $2,000 for Night Shift DISTRIBUTION CENTER HOURLY ROLES ONLY

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma / GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
  • Ability to operate equipment at heights (up to 35 feet)
  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of warehouse practices
