Customer Service Representative

What We Offer

• Average earning potential: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (includes base pay, bonuses, and incentives!)
  • Commission-based incentives: average $6,000 - $10,000 per year
  • Monthly bonus opportunities: average $100 - $300+ monthly

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
• Recommend and sell solutions according to customer's needs for moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment by asking open ended and probing questions
• Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
• Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
• Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
• Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
• May participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination

Requirements

Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. As a customer service representative, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
• Basic computer literacy and intermediate typing skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
