- Have good phone skills with the ability to follow structured call scripts, processes, and procedures
- Be highly organized and have a strong ability to provide detailed reporting and meet deadlines
(DMS knowledge and experience preferred)
Responsibilities
Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer’s custom satisfaction index (CSI).Source and manage third party lead providers.Create, measure and maintain the internet business development process.Collect and analyze metrics / reports.Be able to respond to email inquiries in a well-spoken professional manner.Train and motivate BDC representatives.Master the navigation of multiple systems - such as, but not limited to, inbound / outbound phone system, appointment scheduler(s), etc.Have the ability to create and maintain a process driven work environment.Work closely with the Corporate Team as well as other Managers.What We Offer
