Construction Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for vertical construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do :

• Manage daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and crews.
• Maintain project schedule, site logistics, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety compliance and conduct regular inspections.
• Review plans and specifications; resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate with Project Manager, clients, and inspectors.
• Prepare daily reports and keep accurate documentation.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
