Business Intelligence Analyst

DonorConnect is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Finance department through translating operational data from electronic medical records into financial systems through data pipelines and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who understands healthcare, financial, and / or inventory workflows, is proficient in reporting platforms like NetSuite Analytics, and enjoys turning data into actionable insights that drive organizational improvement. This position will be hybrid in the Murray, UT office. DonorConnect is a federally designated nonprofit community service organization dedicated to recovering organs and tissues used for life-saving transplants. Our employees help save and heal lives! MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : What You'll Bring :

• Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, and SQL
• Strong understanding of healthcare and / or financial workflows and reporting standards
• Ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
