Job Summary

As a housekeeping associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Your work directly supports the health and well-being of everyone in our nursing home, ensuring compliance with sanitation and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitation : Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and offices.
• Cleaning and Sanitation : Disinfect high-touch surfaces and equipment to prevent the spread of infection.
• Cleaning and Sanitation : Dispose of trash and hazardous waste in accordance with facility policies and safety regulations.
• Compliance and Safety : Follow established infection control and safety procedures.
• Compliance and Safety : Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Resident Interaction : Respond courteously to resident and staff requests for housekeeping services.
• Resident Interaction : Respect residents' privacy and personal belongings while performing duties.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Team Collaboration : Assist with special cleaning projects or emergency cleaning needs as required.
