Summary

This responsible, independent, and technical mid?level position works under the supervision of the Chief Information Officer to develop, document, test, performance?tune, and support computer applications and processes used by the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) users. The Analyst meets with users, analyzes and resolves program problems, debugs, tests existing and new applications, and maintains strong working relationships with personnel and vendors. All tasks are performed on?site and are required to be performed at a high level of quality in accordance with AOC policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze, locate, and resolve problems in AOC computer applications including ad?hoc queries, stored procedures, and SQL Server jobs.
• Debug and test existing and new applications.
• Develop and maintain Crystal Reports and Microsoft Word templates independently within applications.
• Produce documentation for all AOC computer application systems.
• Act as backup for Internet / Intranet Developers and other Computer Information Systems Programmer Analysts.
• Develop new applications including analysis, design, coding, documentation, and implementation.
• Travel occasionally to meetings, trainings, and other related activities.
