Job descriptionProvides nursing oversight for ICF Respite and Alice House community respite. Develop and train staff on guest ISTs (Individual Specific Training). Assist with delegated classes as assigned. Conduct interviews for new nurses ICF respite location. Plan and implement onboarding / training schedules for new team members. Manage payroll, disciplinary actions, PTO, and evaluations for respite team. Create appropriate plans of prevention for UIs and MUIs and monitors implementation. Multi-tasking, time management, and attention to detail required. Flexibility to move between multiple locations during workday is required. On call required. Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous Nursing Leadership required / Manager experience preferred. DD (Developmental Disabilities) experience preferred.
