AGENCY PRODUCER

This is a great job for someone who wants to set their own schedule, have significant opportunity for growth, and likes clear communication.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • set your own schedule 35-40 hrs between Monday and Firday 8 : 00am-8 : 00pm

Pay

This position is hourly, which helps maintain flexibility and personal accountability for every team member.

Starting Base Pay : Approximately $2,775 / month

Top Tier Base Pay (with all eligible raises earned) : $3,640 / month

In addition to base pay, youll earn commission on every sale, based on your close rate and performance. Our agency goal is for each team member to close at least $35,000 / month in new business. Experienced skilled sales reps could close much more than that.

At that production level, you would earn around $1,750 / month in commission.

Total compensation should range from $4,500$5,500 / month, depending on performance.

The Hert Farmers Agency is located in New Braunfels, Texas, and was founded by Matthew Hert. We exist to help households and businesses stay strong when bad things happen.

Insurance is an essential service, not a commodity or luxury. The agency doesnt have customers; it has clients. We provide services to clients, not products to customers.

The Hert Agencys clients are members of our communityour friends, first responders, cooks and waitstaff, local representatives, police officers, entertainers, and neighbors. We protect our community from catastrophic loss. Our success or failure not only affects our clients but also impacts ourselves and our loved ones

Good business is about meeting the clients needs every time. These needs are more complex than simply entering numbers and providing a price. Clients require us to be competent and helpful, kind and caring, honest and specific, responsive and efficient. They need assurance, convenience, and trust.

Training Philosophy

I believe clarity is kindness. If I expect you to do something that expectation will be made clear in writing before I asked you to do it. I don't like the use of flowery language or platitudes to motivate people. My gaol is to provide clear instructions, resources, and practice to help you be competent and successful. I've invested in some of the best training resources and client management software to help you thrive. Yes you will have a schedule and yes you will have a quota, but I won't coach you to hit your quota by just saying you just need to WANT it bad enough.

Sales Philosophy

Sales is the process we use to lead clients to the coverage that is exactly right for them. It is the most direct way we meet clients needs. Clients need to be confident in our abilities and understanding. They need us to listen, understand, and direct them to the best product for their specific situation. We arent trying to get everyone the best coverage; we are aiming to get each person the coverage that is absolutely right for them.

START DATE : Start date is dependent on when you are licensed. We are looking for someone to start November 10th if possible

Requirements

  • Current P&C & LIFE insurance license preferred.
  • IF NOT LICENSED Willing and able to get licensed to sell property and casualty and life insurance in the state of Texas within 20 days of applying required. (Training resources will be provided)
  • Willing to work in office a chosen but set schedule between 25-40 hours per week between Monday and Friday
