Key Responsibilities : Deliver patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitor patients on telemetry for cardiac rhythm changes and respond appropriately. Administer medications, perform treatments, and document care in the EMR system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-hospital care. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards of practice. Float to similar units as needed based on facility needs. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow safety protocols. Qualifications : Current RN license in [State] or compact license.
