About the Role :
The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) plays a critical role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to residents within a Skilled Nursing Facility. This position focuses on supporting patients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. The CNA collaborates closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly. By providing hands-on care and emotional support, the CNA contributes significantly to the overall well-being and recovery of residents. Ultimately, this role is essential in maintaining a therapeutic environment that promotes health, independence, and quality of life for all patients.
