Arizona Licensed Insurance Agent

A company is looking for an Insurance Agent- Service Agent to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and manage incoming contacts regarding questions and complaints

Analyze and resolve problems for member accounts, providing support to team members as needed

Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with regulations while participating in sales and retention efforts

Required Qualifications

Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a call center environment
