Salesforce Solutions Analyst

A company is looking for a Salesforce Solutions Analyst - Agentforce Enablement (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with sales, operations, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities within Salesforce

Design, build, and optimize intelligent agents using Salesforce tools and other AI platforms

Lead testing, QA, and iterative development to ensure agent performance and usability

Qualifications

Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and development, especially automation and custom objects

Proven success designing, testing, and deploying intelligent agents to support business workflows

Familiarity with AI tools used in sales enablement

Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM workflows, and frontline seller needs

Experience in testing, debugging, and launching digital tools or automations
