A K-12 school in Irving, TX is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services for the upcoming school year under a contract position. This onsite role involves working full-time hours to support students with diverse communication needs through testing and direct therapy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver speech-language evaluations and assessments for students across grades K-12
- Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to address students' speech and language goals
- Develop and implement comprehensive intervention plans aligned with educational standards
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and services delivered
Qualifications and Experience :
Hold a valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licenseCertification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferredExperience working in school settings with K-12 student populationsAbility to manage a caseload that includes both testing and therapy responsibilitiesStrong communication and organizational skillsLocation and Schedule :
