Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building and integrating contact center solutions using AWS services like Lambda functions, Step Functions, and other related technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

• Amazon Connect: Proven experience designing and implementing solutions with Amazon Connect.
• Python: Strong proficiency with Python for backend development and AWS integrations.
• AWS Lambda: Deep understanding and hands-on experience writing and deploying Lambda functions.
• AWS Step Functions: Experience building workflows and orchestrating processes with Step Functions.
• API Integration: Experience integrating RESTful APIs with AWS services.
