Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect - Test & Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate third-party hardware devices for interoperability with the product ecosystem

Document and analyze installation processes, software behavior, and user experience

Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot customer-reported issues and recommend solutions

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical support, or systems engineering

Experience with hardware and software testing and evaluations

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience

Demonstrated experience with AI tools to improve efficiency

Prior experience with access control and smart lock technologies is a strong advantage
