Role Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - LTAC/Telemetry
Location: Ontario, CA 91764
Pay Rate: $48.13/hr.

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled
Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in
Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Telemetry settings. The RN will utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the California Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies, demonstrating
critical thinking, sound clinical judgment, and leadership to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care using the Nursing Process in compliance with state regulations and hospital policies
- Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to plan and deliver patient care
- Anticipate patient needs and proactively plan for safe care delivery
- Maintain clinical competency through continuing education and professional development
- Delegate patient care tasks appropriately based on staff education, experience, and scope of practice
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
Experience Requirements- Minimum 2 to 5 years of recent LTAC and/or Telemetry nursing experience
Facility/Position Requirements- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Up-to-date immunization records
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
- Candidate must be available to start within 2 weeks of offer
