Spine Surgeon Needed in Virginia

A well-established medical group in the Shenandoah Valley is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Spine Surgeon to join a collaborative team of surgical and non-surgical specialists. This is a growth position with an opportunity to develop a spine-focused practice supported by experienced orthopedic, neurosurgical, pain management, and rehabilitation teams.

Position Highlights :

Focus on comprehensive spine care : degenerative, deformity, and minimally invasive procedures

Dedicated OR time and block scheduling

Strong referral base and low trauma burden

Collaborative, team-based environment with multi-disciplinary support

Shared call rotation

Qualifications :

Fellowship-trained in spine surgery (orthopedic or neurosurgery pathway)

Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical license

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
