Our company is seeking highly motivated, self-driven sales individuals who want to build a successful and rewarding career with our growing debt relief business. This is the perfect opportunity for motivated, top producers! PLEASE NOTE : We are not one of those larger shops that hires 10-30+ people at a time, offers extensive training for beginners and hopes to have a few that stick with a revolving door of sales agents. Our leads are targeted for VERY high average debt amounts (Average debt size 50K-58K every month), which means higher commission opportunities for you. THIS IS NOT A TYPO OR EXAGGERATION. This is because we’re intentionally focused on maintaining a smaller, tight-knit group of sales agents to make sure they each get the highest quality leads with very large debt loads without sacrificing lead quality and avg debt sizes.

We are very selective in our hiring as we’re ONLY looking for highly trained and skilled debt consultants with recent prior experience in debt resolution / settlement industry, debt knowledge and solid production that are ready to be at a place that provides them the highest quality leads to help them get to the next level of income to match their skillset. Lowest-end producers expected to make $7-10k / mo, above avg producers can expect $10k-18k / mo and top producers expect to make $18k-35k+ / mo.

Our Debt Consultants work out of our beautiful office conveniently located across from Irvine Spectrum to help consumers nationwide. All positions are in-office ONLY - no remote positions. Debt Consultants will help consult and guide our prospective clients that have applied directly for debt relief options. We have an abundance of new leads coming in daily.

Looking to hire 4 HIGHLY motivated sales reps to start immediately.

Qualification Requirements :

Debt Resolution Industry Sales Experience : Must have verifiable Debt Resolution Industry Sales experience to handle a high volume of calls. Ideally, at least 1 year of debt resolution or debt settlement-related experience is preferred . Should possess top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.

Attitude : Must have a great attitude and willing to be trained to continuously improve & excel. Looking for Closers that are passionate about sales while being compassionate and truly looking to help clients. You must be able empathize with the client’s financial hardship and take a consultative approach to guide the consumer to the best possible solution. We show them that there’s a clear solution for an end to their high-interest debt cycle.

Motivated : Driven and motivated for success with ability to set personal goals and work hard to achieve them. Must thrive in a commission-based environment and love the ability to control your own paycheck.

Organized : Must be effective in managing your time / schedule and lead database to ensure enrollment goals are met. You are responsive with customers and follow up to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Systems Proficiency : Must have proficient computer skills to navigate CRM software, emails, texting and other communication software.

Languages : English is required. Fluent Spanish is beneficial to our company, but not required .

Job Responsibilities :

• Review the client’s financial situation.
• Build rapport and gather information.
• Review the client's credit accounts.
• Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to resolve their debt.
• Present the best option to help the client achieve their goal.
• Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting.
• Properly handle lots of live inbound calls
• Make outbound calls only on warm leads with clients that have applied directly.
• Send emails and texts to follow up on your pipeline of leads.
• Always be improving your sales skills and strategies.
• No Cold Calling!

Hours : Shifts available between Monday - Friday 7am – 7pm PST, Weekends 7am-11am OR 11am-3pm

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $90,000.00 - $420,000.00 per year
