Jarc is a Michigan based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides high-quality, community-based residential and support programs, serving nearly 200 adults in its group homes and various supported independent living arrangements.

About this position :

Jarc is looking for a full-time Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our homes. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies while directing and managing Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in an adult residential setting for people with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable in fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Home Managers typically work the 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm shift, Monday through Friday in their assigned house.

This position is based out of one of Jarc's 20+ homes within Oakland County. Home Managers may be required to work night and weekend shifts on occassion.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure all assigned duties are completed effectively
• Manage fiscal responsibilities and maintain budgetary compliance for the home
• Ensure adequate staffing levels are always maintained
• Oversee resident's schedules, appointments, and activities
• Monitor and ensure home maintenance is completed as scheduled
• Manage and oversee residents' medication administration in compliance with policies.
• Maintain all required documentation and records accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with CARF, COFR, and other applicable regulatory and agency standards
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational needs
